Hi! I'm Viviana Garcia. I'm a product designer living and working in San Antonio, Texas. I have experience working on internal dashboards, native mobile applications for a family coaching start-up, and more. I was recently accepted to Kent State University’s Masters in User Experience Design program. I completed my Bachelors in Design for User Experience in January 2022.

Before transitioning to UX Design, I worked in customer service for ten years. From in-person to phone and chat support, I value my time working with customers as it taught me valuable skills such as problem-solving, empathy, and accountability.

I’m currently seeking design roles that allow me to work through ambiguity and deliver intuitive solutions to create a product customers enjoy using.
